I gifted this product from my first salary to my mother who wanted to start a boutique. After using this this machine only for 2 months this machine started giving issues. I contacted Usha service centre just to receive an answer that this machine does not get covered under the warranty and you have to pay for service ("Black wali machines ki ham warranty nahi dete and aapko service ke liye pay karna padega"). I have paid another 1500 rupees to the service centre just to get this machine fixed. And again after using this machine for a while we are now facing the same issue and this machine is of no use to us. My mother is very disappointed so do I. Usha machines does not have same material and build quality along with service quality is just a medium to suck money out of customers.!!AVOID BUYING USHA PRODUCTS!!

Good product but finishing is not upto the mark

USHA is one of the best companies, and I purchased this Sewing Machine for some emergency stitching purposes. This machine is working fine, and I got on-time delivery.Thanks to AMAZON & USHA

It is bad product not able to use, got repaired multiple times but problem still resist

Machine is very good and value for money. Kindly make sure it should be ready to use .After receiving to my address ,I have gone for "Setting" which was chargeable
