SHOULD FIT 7.5" WRIST. My wrist is 7.75 i NEEDED TO ADD (EASILY) ONE LINK FROM ANOTHER WATCH. NOT FITS PERFECTLY. LIGHT AND COMFORTABLE TO WEAR ALL DAY. EASY TO REPLACE OR MOVE LINKS AROUND. i'D RECOMMEND BUY SEVERAL AT A TIME TO CHANGE OUT BRACELT size and colors.

I love these watches. This is my second one. Great price and very functional. Time, date,day, stopwatch, and alarm. No instructions So it took me a little bit to figure out how to get it off military time.
