Great value for quality & easy to swallow without stomach upset

Good but with caveats.
I’ve been taking the supplements for a week and a half now to hopefully help with brain fog, alertness, being tired. I did help quit a bit with all three conditions but I get a pressure headache will taking it. I only take one pill in the A.M. So not to happy with the by product. (I am a 55yr old male). My need to reduce the milligram dosage. Am currently taking 350mg.
