Needs to soak for almost a week in order to swallow
The seeds in these partial dried fruits are largely inedible and need to soak for almost a full week (full package) before you can drink them. Instead try the Hawthorn Extract. Though harder to find, its more straight forward to use and seems to produce a more efficient Hawthorn delivery.
