Good product

This couscous is so delicious and aromatic. Highly recommend it. It is nice with sautéed veggies and beans or as a breakfast or dessert with chopped nuts, fruit and plant milk. Lovely texture. I’m in love 💗!

All good. Easy to prepare. Bought and used quickly (my dog likes it as his grain) but was fresh when received.

Trader Joe’s no longer sells; this is a good substitute.

I generally make a couscous salad and I had an excellent result with this product.

Was worried about it desk reheating during cooking because it looked very fine but it held its shape and cooked nicely. Very tasty.

I bought the whole grain because it’s healthier but not half as flavorful as the “regular”

I was looking for a substitute for Trader Joe's discontinued whole wheat couscous (which we loved) and purchased this after reading the reviews that it was a pretty good substitution. I'm sorry to say that it wasn't a close approximation AT ALL since it had a funky flavor after being cooked.
