Rothco Stainless Steel Gi Style M-9 Bayonet

Seems to be a quality knife with no loose parts. Hole fits over muzzle break. Nice and snug sheeth. Everything is tight until you use it a time or two. Like it so far.

Not happy with the plastic handle/milspec I thought should be metal like version in use currently. Other than that nice bayonet, knife.

Good product especially for the price. Item WAS sharp. Wire cuttter hole was very tight, but once I worked it through several times it worked great. very happy!

I returned it immediately. It felt cheap, the handle particularly felt like cheap plastic. If you're looking for a current production model of the M9, go with Ontario Knife Co.

I bought this knife as a survival knife in the woods. Being GI like I expected it to more or less function similar to the actual M-9. The Knife's is coated with a material to make it less shiny which is easy to scrape off during use. When I received this knife the blade was not as sharp as I would of liked. After about a 1/2 hour against a electronic sharpener this is now a very sharp knife. The scabbard does work after sharpening but may damage the knife if you attempt to cut too big of a wire. Overall I am happy with my purchase, but would of expected the finish to not scrape away so easily.

the blade almost fell off the entire handle, after I attached it to my Mossberg 590- shotgun. this is the bayonet type (M-9) that is meant for this long gun. after shooting only 25 rounds off standard birdshot, then shooting 10 rounds of standard buck-shot, the blade was very loose on the handle and on the firearms bayonet lug as well. Luckily after getting it back to my house, all it took to make everything tight again, on the lug & handle was to tighten, very hand tight, the Allen screw at the bottom of the pommel with an Allen wrench !! For the price, not worth it as a bayonet-- however after my own adjustments, I believe it will stay together tight for the next round of a shooting session, and not come loose on the lug !!
