Q: where can I get pictures made to put inside the pendent?

Check with your local photo places; places that develop photos. They can crop the pictures to the desire size. Some places like Walmart have a self serve machine where you can crop the pictures or even change the background of the photo.The pendent is a good size we were able to take a regular photo and cut it to the shape of the pendent. It worked fine.(But we just use the faces of the people in the photo) If you want full body photos in the pendant than I would recommend just having the photos crop. You may be able to do this even on your home computer. Hope this helps.

Q: I have to put in the photo by myself or you attach the phot to the heart?

There is an option for you to browse through your own photos in your cell phone gallery to where you can upload the photo of your choosing. Once you once you do that, after browsing through your own gallery before placing your order, they will allow you to attach your own photo of your own choosing to customize it for you! Then from there, it will be delivered to you already customized with your photo already in it that you were able to upload when you upload and customized it! :) hope this helps!

Q: where did people print out their photos and how did you do it?

I used a photo editor to scale down and crop the picture to size, once I had the picture right my printer did the rest.

if you chose fulfilled by Amazon, it takes 2-6 days, chose fulfilled by U7 Jewelry, it takes 4-12 days.
