My physical therapist introduced me to this after a car accident. I use it after weight and resistance training to stretch my neck muscles, which tighten up from the activity. I've also used it a few times when I felt a tension headache coming, and it helped.

A little pricey but truly needed to buy one. Used this in Physical therapy and can't live without it for quality of life! Helps get the deep stretches in my neck area done safely. Always feel much better, less neck tightness, less tension. Also if I started out w/ a tension headache it's gone by the time I'm finished.Construction of product is superior to most items bought today. Very pleased overall.
