Good for a starter set
I have always bought extract and this is my first time buying an emulsion. I was trying to replicate a cookie syrup that my favorite coffee shop uses. The buttery vanilla was perfect. I had hoped that the more cookie flavored emulsion would work but it has a citrus note to it. I don't remember seeing that in the description. It actually tastes wonderful in scones, but it did not work for the coffee syrup. But I still recommend this trio.
