Did exactly as needed and cut cleanly to fit to size.If you need to cut and drill new holes, drill with the smallest bit on the cork side, then go to the screw head size and countersink 1/8” into the cork. It will give you the clean manufacturing look.

The cork is way too thin. Not even thumbtacks work on this, let alone pushpins. It’s a total waste of money. Do not buy.

Map cork rails are excellent for maps, posters, drawings, etc.Installation was easy with drill, bits and hardware. I did need to drill a center hole in the railing in that only two pre-drilled holes were provided. The extra hole was necessary to make the installed rail more sturdy.

I bought one of these for my work office to display pictures and other daily used reference papers. Easy to install and I'm likely going to buy two more because I've already filled this one up.Highly recommend.

Bought this for the 74' Airstream where an original trim piece was missing. Wanted some method of displaying souvenir pins from state parks etc. The cork portion on this is correct thickness for the pins. We mounted it to the fixture with 4 long rivets.

This strip came o time and was in perfect shape. It was shipped in a heavy duty tube that would be very hard to bend. the price was fair and it looks great installed. The only problem is that the cork is only 1/4 thick and its hard to get push pins 1/4 inch except on amazon. Now the next problem, on Amazon there is NO prime on the push pins so between the pins and shipping it cost you $9.67 plus tax for 50 :(. Well my friends my little wire cutters came to the rescue, I just snipped the push pins I had to a shorter size and it works GREAT. :)

This product is not quite as sturdy as I expected. Being that it is 8 feet long, I figured it would have been better packaged. It arrived bent in a flimsy cardboard tube. For the price, I expected better quality.

Came all bent up. Very disappointed.
