Q: Are these comfortable after wearing them for long work shifts which require constant walking?

Yes, 100%. When I was night porter I was constantly on my feet, walking the grounds. My other work shoes gave me blisters but these Sketchers were a godsend. They are so comfy it's ridiculous.

They are leather, my partner wears them out in the rain and his feet stay dry

No they are not steel toe caps they are just normal work shoes

Q: Are these shoes classed as non-slip / oil resistant?

I would say yes, I bought these instead of Doc Martens and they are very bit as good as Doc Martens. I work in a press room and often have oil spills on the floor I have never had an issue with slipping or sliding.
