This is a quality item. Strong smell indicates the freshness. Even though I'm into herbs, I had never heard of this before. So I decided to try it. I'm hoping it will provide some cognitive enhancements and perhaps even some extra hair :)

Little confused
In the directions it's stated once or twice daily with water, and indications says it primotes good digestive system. However the bag says use externally. Can this be taken orally or this is just for external use? Please help.
