Exactly what I was looking for!
This bench is fantastic! Well made and easy to assemble. Seems much more substantial than other sit up benches I have seen. The only way you would be disappointed is if you expect it to be a full length weight bench. It's not. But for what it is, it is great and seems very stable. Amazon Warehouse deal made it even better, as a few small holes in the box saved me $20!

Very solid construction but with a major design flaw for tall users
Apparatus is very sturdy and well made. I would gladly have given 5 stars except for (what I consider) a major design flaw. The top roller is so low (below the level of the seat pad) that it does not support your knees at all - rather, all of the pressure is delivered to your upper calves. Coupled with the relatively high and non-adjustable lower roller, the spacing differential is so small that for a largish person (I am 6' 5"), the tension on your shins and calves is unbearable when you are fully extended. Attaching the upper roller above the level of the seat pad would have prevented this. As it is, I roll a yoga mat tightly and place it on top of the top roller; this helps somewhat. It's a shame really, because the chair is built like a brick and otherwise I have no complaints.

No PAIN No GAIN
This sit up bench provides a GREAT ab workout that I could not have experienced on the floor. I achieved the deepest muscle fiber tears in my upper and lower abdominals through the use of this bench. I may have over work myself the first time. But I powered through the pain and I am now adding weight for continued growth. Very Satisfied!

The company advertised it would be good for tall people
This product isn't at all what Valor claimed. The company advertised it would be good for tall people, but caused me much pain in my legs when I used it. I had to return the product because of the position of the pads supporting my legs. The top pads should have been higher, fitting behind my knees, not below them. The only reason I gave it 1 star is so I could comment on the product, I don't think it deserves any. Good idea but bad design.
