The battery works fine. It arrived in very quick time.

Battery died after six months unable to return as no guarantee details available.

Easy to install and very effective when charged. Good value for money.

It allowed my laptop over 5 hours when connected on the battery. Considering the old one had got down to 5 minutes it's a life saver and the price is great too.

Rejected as not recognised by my Dell N7110, which was advertised as compatible. May be this unit, may be the design, I didn't opt for a replacement. General warning - Royal Mail will not accept Lithium batteries for return to Slovakia, even with the appropriate HazMat labelling. Amazon eventually gave me a refund without return after a lengthy session with the useless chatbot and finally a real and very helpful person

Purchased this battery for my Dell Inspiron laptop. It charged once, lasted a few hours and since then has never charged again. I don't use the laptop that often so it's now 3mths since I purchased the battery and I cannot return it. Complete waste of money, I may as well have burnt the money in the garden !!Buy with caution and be ready to return ASAP and before the cut off date !!Not impressed at all, in fact quite angry that I now have a battery that is of no use at all !!!!

Don't buy this battery! Got it in August 21 and battery is already dead doesn't take a charge!!!!! Hardly used, don't waste your money on buying this battery from this company.
