Was very impressed by how it was packaged, they oil the blade for you. Very sharp! I definitely will be ordering other things from this shop. It is a great product, again I am very impressed by the craftsmanship and the handlement of the blade its self. I am very pleased.

I will be looking for a better quality sheath to house this knife since the leather quality of the sheath is mid at best. The sheath does not feel like it would last long in daily wear in the field. The full-tang knife itself is very solid and well-built and for that reason I'm giving it 4 stars. The black blade coating on the cheek of the blade near the heel should also be applied with a cleaner/straighter line.

This blade is made in Kathmandu, Nepal in the original makers factory. They don't stock these so it takes a while to get but it is worth every penny. You can look up their web site where there is lots of other variants and information. They are made from a truck leaf spring, they are real and not a toy.

I was amazed and delighted when opening the box and seeing the KhuKuri. It is quality and so well made with a beautiful scabbard. This is the genuine product. Very pleased, thank you.
