Yes they are Plastic backed, holds a bit more than Tena Maxi and are well comfy!

Delivery is in a opaque plastic bag over the product packaging. Not the best but discreet enough. I find these are suitable for night wearing and will last.

Q: Are these good for adult male with heavy wetting at night? I use Betterdry at the moment and work, but these are much cheaper. Thanks

They are perfectly adequate, we use these on a adult male from time to time, or dry life nappies which are also very good and priced well. We also get the plastic backed ones in both nappies as they seem to cause less skin friction, but they are available in fabric style backing on the ultima if preferred. Keep in mind the high absorbency nappies are obviously more bulky then your average pad. But in conclusion they work well if suited to the persons body shape... what works well for one person may not work as well for another person. Trial and error really. All the best
