Nice laptop for Linux!!
I was able to change the BIOS setting to AHCI or something like that so that I could boot Linux from the USB drive! It installed Linux Manjaro, fomatted the disk and stuff and I was off to the races! I was surprised how easy it is to compile applications from source code, which makes it very easy to install just about anything on Manjaro! I compiled and installed wsjt-x on it and it appears to be working. I have yet to hook it up to my ham radio through the audio headphone jack and confirm it can receive and transmit signals, but I don't see any reason why it should not work.I was able to compile and install Zoom and it all worked audio and video!Screen quality is very nice and my only complaint is that the battery is not as long lasting as I hoped but it IS a used laptop after all... Keys look brand new and it is clean.I am happy with the VERY fast boot time with the SSD. And the lighted keyboard is handy in dark rooms.

Broken keys
Computer arrived and put of the box it looked good. Plugged it in and tried to connect to the internet and thats when it went downhill. The Y key was sticking but I thought nothing of it, just pushed a little harder and it eventually worked. Then the A wouldn't work. Not only would it mot work, the A button was completely broke off and could not be snapped back on. Was going to order a replacement as i was willing to give it another try but when i went through the steps to start a return I was told it could take up to 30 days to get my money back and i may not get the full amount back! Didn’t want to risk a replacement

Works great!
I ordered this used laptop but I can’t tell it’s ever been used! I swear it’s like new! I’ve had it a couple months now with zero issues. Highly recommended for someone who just uses it to read news, check the mail and watch sports!!

Great Laptop....but no camera included!
I had a problem with the first laptop I received was dragging on the mouse tab. I contacted the seller and was able to return and exchange another one. This one has great quality except there's no camera included. I had to purchase a camera to attach to my laptop for my home virtual meetings.

Better than expected
Good little computer. If there is a flaw it’s that the keyboard needs a heavy touch. Note: after 3 months use the battery failed to hold a charge. A new battery was appx $35 and now the laptop works well.

Bueno
De acuerdo a la descripción. Trabaja bien, solo es un poco lenta y a veces se reinicia.

Like new
Was pleasantly surprised when opening the package. Not a scratch or buff mark. Looks like brand new. Amazing product and reasonably fast shipping. Would definitely buy again.

Battery died in 3 months
The laptop had the original battery and died after I had it for 3 months. I tested the battery and it was completely shot, I can't believe that this is refurbished and they don't test the batteries before they send them out? I'm lucky I work in the IT field and are able to change the battery myself, but how about people that can't? A repair with labor will run more than what you pay for laptop.
