MedisanaBU 535 Voice Arm blood pressure monitor, accurate blood pressure and pulse measurement with memory function and voice output, traffic light scale, irregular heartbeat display

I give five stars for 'accuracy; as my GP recorded near identical values two days ago. The device is fully automatic, once you've fitted the cuff and pressed the ON button, you get the results. The voice output is loud and clear (your neighbours will know 'the score' too!....) but it isn't perfect: So far, the downsides are; the voice reads '2's as '5's! and so '120' on the screen is read as "one hundred and FIFTY"!; the manual is a navigation nightmare, as it's printed on a broadsheet which is a problem for visually impaired folk like me using a CCTV magnifier. I'm no fan of 'one button' function control/navigation: It's difficult to invoke the various memory functions and setup of time, date etc. But the device is extremely low-cost and so I accept the extra work needed to get results. So very nearly 'perfect'!!
