This oil is sooo good! I even make my eggs with it! The flavor is phenomenal!

Colavita has been a long time go-to brand for my olive oil needs and the truffle version does not disappoint! I think it’s a wonderful component to easily incorporate into a medley of dishes. Pasta, chicken, salad. I made truffle infused kale chips in my air fryer today and it was nothing short of heavenly. I think it’s a very appropriate price for the bottle especially when I know there won’t be a drop left in the bottle by the end of the year..or month. Who am I kidding!

Great oil! Smells so good and the quality is awesome! We use it to make our bagels and everyone loves it!

So it's fake artificial flavored. First time I opened it, horable purfume chemical smell. 2 months later. It mellowed out after being opened and sealed. I don't know truffles, this is my first experience... It's definitely fake, but it does taste interesting. I will buy again, but first opening, it's chemical smell..Update, months later turns to cheep olive oil,. Best to open it let it breath 1 month, 3 months good,. After that yuck. Will try again. Perhaps

This is very good truffle oil. It has a medium strong scent and flavor. I use it in salads, on pasta and drizzled onto air-popped popcorn (awesome with a little nutritional yeast and black garlic salt).

To me it tastes like rubber tires

I currently use Colavita pasta and used to use Colavita Olive Oil before it underwent some changes. Figured I'd give the Colavita Truffolio a try.Nice flavor, mixed easily and was the perfect addition to the whipped ricotta I made.
