Delicious! Thoroughly enjoyed. I did not know what to expect but was immediately amazed. The taste and texture reminds me of figs. This product was disgusting, threw it away because I couldn’t return, spoiled.

Not sure if this is normal for black garlic, but it came very, very soft. Regular garlic is spoiled if it goes soft & mushy. I don't know if I should eat it.Revising my initial feedback. Upon investigating how to use black garlic, it was described a soft. So, I'm using it & very happy with the quality.

Good day,I used this product for the first time, baked it along with a fish dinner. It was SUPER SWEET, for better or worse. I had no experience with ANY black, fermented garlic before, and I will know to use sparingly.

These were such a delight! We had never had them I saw them and thought for this price we would try them..they are DELISH!! A TAD SWEETER AND EARTHIER THAN REGULAR ROASTED GARLIC BUT SO DELISH. We ate with some great crunchy bread oil and garlic SUCH A GREAT TREAT. I also added them to our brussel sprouts and they were wonderful! I will be ordering again. I still have some and love they just go in the fridge in the container!

Love to mix this with butter and then put it on toast. I'm sure there's more uses, but so far I'm happy.
