Positves: good price, very easy to use. Helps reduce pain.I use mine for neck and shoulder pain and migraines..Negatives: it's quite small and doesn't stay cold for longer than a few minutes.. I managed to pinch my skin slightly when rolling it and now make sure that I Don tilt it when using it. Overall really useful. I will probably buy another one so that I can alternate them for longer use..

nice little piece of kit. For the price it is great. It won't replace a massage gun but it is portable for if maybe going on holiday. Good for cooling the skin also. Used with aftersun after being in the freezer on sun kissed skin and it felt lovely

Easy to use. Smaller than expected, but did help with pain relief.It is not a miracle worker, but if you suffer from tight muscles and pain spasms (ie cramp) this might help. I used on legs and lower back, if you have someone to help also a bonus. Good to find something as an alternative or use in conjunction with medication. Was worth a shot as not expensive, have bought another for my daughter.

Bought to assist with stiff neck. Really helpful for rolling out muscle knots. Easy to use, sturdy and I have bought three for different members of the family to use.

Got two of these, one for my daughter as we both suffer from different pains. My daughter has fibromyalgia and it's actually helping to ease her pains, she also has plantar fascitis and it really helped with that pain too. You can carry this around easy enough too. And it even works as a figit for anyone who needs to calm down .It works well for my pains too, Highly recommend this to anyone to give it a try.

Bought to help with lymph drainage ~ which they do well. Then I had misfortune to dislocate hip, spent 30hrs waiting for it it be put back in place, by which time muscles had set like concrete!! These really came into their own, used with essential oils they gently helped release muscles. I might add I am an 'oldie', this happened over a long bank holiday when many services were not available to me {no local pharmacy open} so I had to find my own solution to the problem. Thank heaven I had these !!!
