Works well, and it's an excellent value for the price.

Much better than the ‘ball on the wall’ trick. It’s easy to handle and use the right amount of pressure on sore muscles and joints. I keep mine on the coffee table to use while watching TV in the evenings. It’s so smooth I can even use it on my knees.

It’s an alright product but nothing to write home about. Helps relax tight muscles but nothing in comparison to an actual massage or machine.

Definitely easy to use does not pitch the skin you can roll as hard as you want great for my hands as well

It's to light and the ball doesn't roll well but for the price is ok.

Fits in the palm of your hand. Works well for back and neck messages. Helped alleviate my wifes knots in her back.

This little massage toy is absolutely fantastic for sore muscles and knotted muscles. It's wide enough that it can't dig in and hurt, it's easy to hold, and it doesn't pull hair. Also easy to clean, but you don't need massage oil for it, so it stays cleaner longer than some others. Works well over clothes or on skin.

This little ball is fantastic it reaches all those spots that ach. Can be used alone with ease or with the help of a partner very soothing after long day great for neck.

This was a gift but the receipiant injured their hip last week and has been using this to ease the discomfort with good effect.
