The Lenovo ThinkCentre M910q exhibits a commendable exterior appearance; however, a notable aspect deserving attention pertains to the inclusion of a redundant Wi-Fi USB adapter despite the presence of an onboard Wi-Fi card. Furthermore, the absence of an accompanying antenna necessitated an additional purchase, which incurred an additional expenditure of approximately $15, coupled with the need for meticulous searching to secure a suitable replacement. It is noteworthy to mention that while the package encompasses a comprehensive set of accessories, including a mouse, keyboard, and USB Wi-Fi adapter, the lack of purchase options excluding these components might inconvenience discerning users who prefer a tailored configuration to align with their specific requirements.

EDIT: Seller responded quickly and was very accommodating. Replacement parts are already en route! Seems like these folks actually care about their customers and that's hard to find these days. I'm confident everything will be good with this order and I will buy from again.I ordered this for a client. During setup, I noticed the fan was running a bit more than these normally do (I have several of deployed). I looked at the CPU in Windows and in BIOS and this is the unsupported i7-6700 (65w) and NOT the i7-6700T (35w). Only the 35w processors are supported in this configuration. There is not enough juice from the power brick (Lenovo 65w power supply) nor is there enough cooling for this CPU. They WILL suffer thermal issues over time...probably after the 90 day warranty. I've requested they send me the right CPU or swap out the box. I'm supposed to be installing this on Friday...I'll probably have to miss that appointment. :-(

We use Lenovo Thinkcentre computers extensively and they are generally reliable, just as these renewed units from Amazon are. However, sometimes features like wifi and bluetooth that you would expect to be built-in from the description, are actually substituted with USB devices instead. So, you lose some USB expansion without a hub. We've also had a few SSD and 2.5 drive failures after the machines were on for a day or two that required replacement -- the SSD I replaced today was a Helix 256GB.

Received one unit that did not work and after contacting customer service it was replaced with a working unit in a timely manner. I would recommend using them to buy a used computer.
