High powered device with great customer service
This has been an outstanding machine high performance machine for the money. With it's compact size was exactly what I was looking for. I work with large spreadsheets up to 150 MB. It handles them no problem. I do not write reviews often, but the customer service was has been so wonderful, that I wanted to take some time to share some appreciation. I had a couple questions setting up and my emails were returned right away - just a super friendly and helpful team. I highly recommend this machine and have had a great experience with tekrefurbs.

A solid little computer
I bought this for my son. It has Windows 10 Pro, but won't support Windows 11, though this isn't an issue for us. Performance is solid. It handles the games he plays the most (Minecraft, Undertale, and some emulation of older consoles) without any problems. An annoyance is that wifi, bluetooth, and hdmi are all provided via dongles. This uses two of the USB ports, which is disappointing. We've had some minor connection issues with the wifi dongle. I swapped it for another that I had lying around which works better with my setup at home.I have no complaints with performance, the storage, or RAM amounts. We're running the stock Windows 10 Pro install and it's worked well for the games we've tried and some development tools. I haven't run any benchmarking tools, but it feels quick and has handled some multitasking without problems. If it wasn't for the need for the dongles, I'd give this a full five stars. That said, I'm quite happy with it, and might order an additional one in the future to use as a home server.

I really question the "refurbish" part
Updated review 7/29/23I had a legit reason to call customer service, so I asked about this Computer while I was already on the phone. Customer Service rep told me the re-furber wanted anyone NOT happy to just return it. So anyone who thinks they care if you get problems resolved will be in for a shock. Stay away people, just stay away.Original reviewANY computer that is refurbed has a story to tell, but if you got the one where a little old Lady just returned hers because it was too complicated, you win. MOST are refurbed because they have ISSUES. Mine still does.Going out on a limb here, but I bet $$$$ the refurbers are paid by the piece, which is code for they cheat to make more money, and if they "look" OK, they pass, For those good lookers I doubt they are even booted to see if they run.Casual observation tells me this one didn't have anyone who knew anything refurb it. I don't have DP to HDMI, and NO one didn't come with my machine. Ad says "you can output 4K video to an external display via DisplayPort or HDMI (DisplayPort to HDMI adapter included)" NOPE!!!Casual inspection also told me that all of my 18 HDMI cables, which work just fine in every other device I have ever used them in, also don't fit. It's as if the other owner jacked, and jerked them around until nothing would stick in them. They simply fall out from the weight of the line.Casual inspection also told me that the RGB port on this Pumpkin is somehow the same MALE end that is usually only found on an RGB line, and both ends of 7, RGB lines I have laying around are the exact same size as as the supposed FEMALE end that is generally found on the device. All 7 of my RGB's fit all of the other RGB's I have in the house, even though I don't tend to use them anymore. So no way to effectively hook the Pumpkin to any monitor, tells me 2 things for certain.1) I'm certain it didn't get refurbed, at least it's full capactiy was never checked, or all of these easily seen problems would have been apparent.2) I can't boot it even though I have 25, count em, 25 cables that according to the add should allow a monitor to be hooked to this.....That tells me ALL of it's problems probably aren't apparent, but who are we kidding, nobody checked to see if it had any problems, because this thing really looks good.I want this fixed. NO I don't want to spend HOURS waiting on the phone. Figure it out. I can't tell you anything I didn't write here, so talking is just a waste of time, this thing needs swapped for a computer someone checked to see if it was right, before sending it off to some unwitting soul, and hoping they don't complain. I'm complaining.

Great PC for the price.
Fantastic PC for the price. Better than I expected. Yes you will need to buy a HDMI to display adapter but that's a nominal cost for such a good family PC.

Solid Performance, but Inconvenient USB Setup
The product specs mentioned four USB ports for the back , but two were already in use by Bluetooth and Wi-Fi dongles, which wasn’t exactly as described. Despite this, the PC’s performance, setup, and compatibility with my existing monitor were great, and it came ready to use with a keyboard and mouse. Overall good value for the price I paid. I decided to return it mainly because I didn’t want to deal with needing to buy an extra USB hub, I want to be able to take this from home to work and work to home without the added usb hub cables. The return process itself was straightforward, but it still meant repacking the item and taking it to a local return center, which I could have avoided if the product matched the description.
