I made the famous egg white bread challah recipe of "Indigo Nili" on YouTube! It's soo easy to use this challah bread mold and when You spray olive oil inside before pouring batter, make sure it doesn't pool in the deeper places of mold, or it will darken those places too much. Just an all around awesome challah bread mold! Easy to use, sturdy, and easy to clean.

Product arrived on time and in good condition.. It was a little smaller ( I ordered a medium) than I expected but I think it will be perfect for the Challah I make for just the two of us on Friday evenings. I will order another in a large size for the Challah I bake for our fellowship on Saturday afternoon. I haven’t used it yet but I can wait to try it out. Im told my Challah tastes delicious now ( I only learned to bake it a few months ago) but I feel like it’s never consistently pretty so hoping this will help! 1st time use was positive as you see. Here's my organic rye bread 🍞 mix. I could have baked it just a little more but I planned on toasting it. Turned out great 👍

I couldn't get a gluten free challah that was edible until I purchased these. Now I use a recipe that is almost batter and bake in these molds. People love my gf challah now.
