Challah mold
Challah mold isn't what I expected😔😔😔😔 and very difficult to bake challah without trying to flip on side very frustrating and disappointing 😔😔😔😔

The mold is damaged
The mold is so flat and damaged that you couldn’t put anything liquid in there. Which is not great for a silicone mold not only that the only reason it got this way is because it was made very cheap and flimsy. Returned. First one I’ve ever done on any silicone mold, normally if they are disappointing usually it is by size, but I feel there’s someway to use. It, but this was just unusable.

A great way to make gluten-free challah
Our rabbi is gluten-intolerant, so I decided to make some GF challahs along with the regular ones I said I'd bake for our synagogue's Holiday Fest. I'm sure they'll be appreciated! I just wish I'd bought 2!

Large size is more like medium in size
I like the challah mold but the large size is not very large. I would call it a medium size. It might serve about 4-5 people who enjoy bread with dinner.
