DII Basic Ribbed Terry Kitchen Basics Collection, Mocha, Dish Towels, 6 Piece

These are the best dishcloths I could find anywhere. They're not quite as well made as the ones I used to get years ago, but I could not find any like those anywhere. These are thick (but not too thick) and absorbent, durable and even attractive, so I think they really are the best dishcloths available nowadays.

These are good quality, absorbent kitchen towels, in a nice green, good weight, and a classic stripe design. They are both soft and sturdy, and they wash well. Very pleased.

Just what I was looking for and I searched hard for these while staying home during this pandemic. These are just what I wanted. The price is great. They are not the heaviest drying towels I could have gotten, but for the price they are perfect. And actually being less thick, they are much easier to use. I also ordered some microfiber kitchen towels but returned those. I don't like at all how they feel which is very rough to the touch. That's just the way microfiber is. These come in pretty colors too. I bought the bright green color.

My old terry towels just got so beat up and also I was starting to notice it was hard to avoid a musty smell, even after washing and using Oxyclean. They were 10 years old, so I thought I deserved some new ones and my husband put the old ones in his rag bag. Anyway, these are perfect and exactly what I wanted as far as absorbency, size and style.

I am very disappointed in these. They look like old fashioned kitchen towels, a great look. But they are not absorbent. They claim to be cotton, but I wonder about that. If they were, they would be absorbent. My old kitchen towels are from Williams Sonoma. Those were undoubtedly cotton, and they were completely absorbent.I did not buy again from Williams Sonoma because their towels wrinkled! I wanted the old fashioned towels that I grew up with. These look so nice, like the old fashioned towel, but if you want to dry your dishes, I don't feel that they do the best job. If you want to dry your hands, they are ok. Maybe they are adequate, but not great.
