I really like how through this book, Queen Marisa details the numerous benefits of male chastity, from physiological enhancements, increased desire to place your woman’s needs before your own, even exploring the spiritual aspects of chastity. She also offers practical tips on how to use chastity devices. A thorough guide for sure!

This is a good introduction into male chastity without the eventual segue into cuckoldry, which is not sustainable. I’m in a monogamous wife led marriage and it suits us well. Chastity and discipline are major components.

Very educational! The author (Marisa) has done her research and knows exactly what makes men tick. It's almost scary how she explains the psychology of men. Great read for all, but invaluable for women. If every woman read this book [and applied the knowledge], they would be in full control of every relationship and marriage w/o a doubt. Women would run the world, and it would probably be a better place.

This is an excellent work that both my wife and I enjoyed. It highlights the many aspects of chastity and how a female led relationship can truly enhance and elevate a relationship. We feel that it helped evolve our relationship/marriage to a higher and most of all to a much happier level.Being in a FLR has been a godsend. It put an end to the constant power struggles and also helped me realize the toxicity of male domination.Chastity is a wonderful tool to help you explore and hopefully evolve your relationship with your partner.Highly recommended.

This book is loaded with misandry (e.g., "primitive male brain") and pseudoscience (e.g., there is no evidence of long-term and/or negative effects on testosterone levels from ejaculation, despite the unsubstantiated BS the author traffics in). All of the claims are, naturally, completely uncited.And this is obviously another copy/paste job, because in the first chapter when she meant "chastity" she plunked in "spanking", which is another book.There's also some glaring typos that any passingly competent editor would have caught.In fairness, there is some good practical content. It has been covered elsewhere by others and most are devoid of manhating and repeats of thoroughly discredited quack medicine.And the end of the day, meh.

If you truely want to be the your man's focus in your relationship you need this book. It will give you the knowledge regarding the how and the why. When i put my husband in chastity, it was a watershed event. I was totally stunned! From then on I was his single focus when it came to intimacy and passion. He knew I had the key, so it spilled over into all the parts of our life. My man also learnt how to caress and listen to my body, and realise he could enjoy giving pleasure without any expectation of reciprocation. The male interest in porn was also redirected back into our relationship. If you think a wedding ring made a difference, try chastity! I wish I had known about the benefits of chastity before we started dating!
