Not thick at all
While it is a very nice soft pillow top, it lacks thickness. Its very flat and doesn't do anything to add any type of comfort to your existing massage table.

This mattress topper for my massage table helps my clients become more comfortable. It’s good quality, but I wish it was thicker and so they get the best comforting experience. But You do get what you pay for and this is good quality for its price.
