I love this product. It works better than I expected. Easy to use.

So, it wasn’t an instant hit. Cats being cats are generally wary of sound and motion. Once I was able make contact, they discovered they were pretty happy with it. They really never seem to get tired of it. The one thing that I really is worth knowing is that you should keep it away from their tail. It grabbed on and it was a bad situation until I was able to work it loose. A frightened cat is no fun. Maybe if it had an anti jam mechanism, or the feet were spread fuller apart.So, definitely recommended, just mind your placement on the fuzzy thing.

It’s a nice item quality wise but a horrible user design. It’s very powerful which is a plus, but being able to get it positioned to be able to use is just not logically possible without a fight and a lot of frustration, by that time you just let it rub you which ever way it’s positions and being mad!

this was so nice, my son in law tried it and i had to give it to him. I bought another for me. easy to use. you will get several massages out of it before needing a recharge. it does not run while plugged in to charge. so do charge up before you think you might need it. it holds a charge long while when not in use. this gives you that deep kneading massage on your shoulders , upper back, neck. takes out the days tension.

This thing feels like hands of steel and that Monica from FRIENDS is giving you the strongest massage in your life and you will cringe like Chandler did, the whole time. Once you figure out how not to let it grasp you as tightly and you allow it to massage you, it will feel more comforting and amazing. Just dont hold the handles too tightly onto your neck area and you can then control how much this massager massages and how much it pinches. It is definitely worth it. My husband said this thing feels like real hands and fingers. It is kind of SCARY. lol.
