Ordered this at 11pm and arrived 3pm next day. Comes with batteries and usb lead. Easy to use and cheap to buy.

Dont waste your money!
Worked for the first 2 months of measuring, got an alert from GP to do more measuring and the machine now doesnt work. It goes up to 130mmhg then just deflates again. Have changed batteries and turned it on and off but still not working. Unfortunately the window to return it has just closed by a few days. How convenient for the seller!! I would return for a refund if I could. I do not recommend this. Buy a more expensive one for better reliability.

The machine works okay. But it doesn’t charge with the USB cable. It only works with the batteries.
