Good noodle for hotpot
I like it but it is a bit pricey

Unimpressive, lacks flavor
I tried these noodles, and while the texture of the vermicelli is decent, I wasn't overly impressed. The noodles are versatile and can work in both hot pot and soups, but they lack the depth of flavor I was expecting. Also, they were a bit too chewy for my liking, and the gluten-free aspect doesn’t quite make up for the overall lack of authenticity in taste. It’s an okay option if you’re looking for something vegan and kosher, but there are better alternatives out there.

Nice thick wide noodles
These Sichuan noodles are very versatile to cook with. When prepared they have a nice chewy texture, and with a kind of translucence to them. They work well in hot pot, or as a way to add thickness and texture to soups. I used some of this whole, and other occasions, I sliced them into smaller sizes. They are wide and a bit thick. Also, they absorb flavors quite easily.
