Simple to make

Awesome book
The Golo diet is a great book for anyone struggling to get started on a weight loss journey. This book talks about healthy changes not depriving yourself. If you have hormonal issues, like many older females do, this book is for you. The recipes are great and easy to do. They use items that almost everyone will eat. I would highly recommend this book.

Cook book review
Never seen such a poorly constructed book. Half printed pages. Non complete cookbook. Extremely simple. Black and white cheap pages. It's like some information was gathered but not completed as a book. Terrible waste of time and money.

No info on how recipes fits GOLO plan
Some interesting recipes but ingredients don't correspond to the GOLO plan I received. Will take some reworking to fit the program.
