Great for Meal plans
I love this book! Perfect for me since I want to start meal plan and don’t know what to cook. I’ve been struggles to lose weight and want to be healthier. This is new for me since I’m still learning so this was perfect for all beginners. I’m also a picky eater so I won’t be cooking every single meal that’s here but I do see about 80% of the things are for me to eat. Start new for the new year if you want a healthier diet! Highly recommend. The only downside is I thought there would be more pictures but it’s fine without it too.

Perfect recipes
I love to cook, but am tired of the same things I cook over and over. This cook book is perfect! There are so many different recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I love looking through these when I want to make something new or out of my comfort zone.

Very easy to navigate with wide variety of recipes
I'm always on the lookout for healthier food options and having recipes already geared toward better health is a must and so helpful. This book is a great resource, it explains the basics of what they want to accomplish with hormone balance and blood sugar stabilization. It offers a 4 week meal plan using their recipes as a guide. The recipes are easy to find in categories as well as search for in the index. I was impressed with how easy and simple most of the recipes are, with minimal ingredients. As with all recipe books, there will be some that I don't use because of food dislikes, but there are so many good ones. Really was impressed with the variety. Even if you aren't following the "GOLO DIET", this is a good resource to have for healthy recipes. You can't go wrong.
