So I don't make many korean dishes but almost any time I do they always use plum extract. I've followed a famous Korean cooking guru and she recommended this one! I tried it and my oh my, before I just omitted the plum extract if they were in the recipe but holy canoli this definitely makes a difference! For a pretty decently sized bottle you only need a little bit so I was stoked, this will last me awhile.

Was told that this was the best plum extract to buy if you wanted authentic cooking. It brings the flavor to a whole different level they said. So I haven’t cooked two dishes with or without to notice a difference. The flavor of it alone is not that amazing but I guess it enhances the food. Nice good size bottle so it should last a long time which makes me feel better because it was super pricey.

We moved and had to start making kimchi. The closest Asian store is a 2 hour drive.We started making our own kimchi. It was good, but missing something. This was the something. Thank you.

High quality plum extract. Great flavor. Medium thickness. I used this various of cooking to substitute sugar. It helps your digestive system.

I’ve taken up Asian cooking recently. It’s all about the ingredients. This is one I was not able to find locally. Worth it if you want authentic taste. It’s going to last a long time.
