This product is unfortunately dissapointing. It does not stand securely within the bathroom where required although according to the instructions it advises how to assemble and which poles to use according to the measurements in order for it to fit. It is either too tall or too small. I had bought this for my new flat and have just recently unwrapped it to assemble it. I have tried to fit it securely, alternating between all four poles but only one of the poles adjusts. With every attempt, it was still too small or too tall. When small, I would have to secure it with a thick wedge underneath which we tried for a few nights but it was unsteady and would collapse into bath whenever we picked something of one of the shelves. This is very disappointing because the shelves are large and roomy and if this did fit properly, it would be perfect for my bathroom yet the item is very unsafe and will begin to damage my bath by it falling into it. For it to fit properly, I would have to cut one of the middle poles and attach it some who but I am unable to do this and shouldn't have to. Who do I contact about this item to address the fault with this item that I purchased???

I have two of these.Assembly was a bit fiddly, but nothing overly taxing.Bit of tweaking in situ got a nice tight fit, a bit of a bow on it which stopped it being 5 stars, but otherwise happy with them.Not sure why the review was asking about suction power though....unless I did something wrong!!EDIT - After 2.5 months use the shower caddies has started to rust :(

I've installed it two weeks ago and it's already showing signs of rust. Extremely disappointed in this product given it's supposed to be rust resistant.

Replacement for previous caddy. This is much better quality, easier to instal and has larger more spacious and robust shelves, hooks and rails for hanging items such as razors, flannels etc.Robber end caps are good.Time will tell re corrosion resistance.

I bought the product only a couple of months ago or so for a bathroom shower only used 3 times a week and the product is already rusty every where. I was very pleased with how it looked, how it fitted, how it organized the bathroom shower so neatly, but if you have to throw the product away in 2-3 months....NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. Very disappointed with my purchase.

Yet another “rust proof” shower caddy that isn’t up to the job , started to rust within 2 months around the joints so I sanded it and sealed the joints with clear silicon . 7 months later the whole pole is rusted and causing stains on my shower pan floor , I’ve now given up and it’s off where it belongs - the skip

Everything was perfect until it turned rusty after not even two months..., very disappointed!

Have a super small en-suite bathroom with limited wall space fir a cabinet so this is a life saver.Easy to put together and install, sturdy, and hasn’t budged an inch since I put it up. Holds all my shampoo, and those bottles around the bathroom that takes up space.
