The media could not be loaded.  I've searched around for just the right fire pit to fit my backyard decor. I found the perfect one for my yard. The best part is that the table top is all one piece and not in sections.It comes with 4 bags of clear, fire glass. I'm estimating that it's about 5lbs, per bag. So, 20lbs. It does not come with the propane tank. You have to buy that separately. But, that was about it. It does NOT come with a cover to protect against the elements, but I bought that separately as well.It was easy to assemble, even though the instructions were vague in some spots. I posted an instruction video to hopefully help you in the assembly. I also added some tips in there as well.With this unit, the door covering the tank had no issues whatsoever. And when you opened the door, both the operation knob and the tank are easily accessible.I am going to actually buy more fire glass of a different color and mix it up. The unit is easy to operate. Operation is to push in the knob and turn to the left. You will hear a click and that sparks the flame. The flames go pretty high. Overall, it doesn't radiate a lot of heat, but it does give of some heat and it just looks so cool.You can also use it as table for dining by placing a cover on top to protect the fire glass and the pit. Cover is included. You can then put a table cloth for dining. Then remove when you are ready to operate.If you are looking for a unique and sturdy fire pit, this one is excellent.

I loved the look of this fire pit. I wanted a gas one, but had a specific style in mind and only wanted to spend xxx amount. Apparently, the combo of my style and gas is not only hard to find, but comes with a price tag usually at least double what I paid for this one.The item arrived well packaged with easy instructions, and was very easy to put together. It is sturdy and the finish is well done. This came with a package of glass, but we did purchased additional glass because we wanted a full bowl.This does not produce a lot of heat, so it is not going to keep you warm on a cool night, but that also means you can use it in the summer and won't die from heatstroke. Great ambiance.The kids love it, too because it is perfect for roasting marshmallows and makes me a lot less nervous than over a wood burning fire since this flame is not as wide.

I loved the quality of this fire pit! But they didn’t include the wrench that was supposed be to be used to assemble it so I had to find multiple wrenches to do the job. With one person it took me about 6-8 hrs. At the end the propane tank supporter inside the unit did not fit . And upon 3-4 phone messages left with customer service I have had no response!! Poor customer service. Also I wanted a fire pit that hid the propane tank but the standard tanks don’t fit under there even without the supporter so I have to research a more shorter wider tank ..As it stands the tank is hooked up outside the fire pit😳 So that was disappointing. So if the company would respond to my calls I would have better reviews. I do love the quality of the unit and output of the flames and the glass beads are lovely and gives out good warmth..but thumbs down to customer service! But they do have an answering machine!

It worked well once. Now the igniter won’t work and when you do get a flame, after a few short minutes there is a clicking noise and it goes off. After spending hours on assembly, this is devastating. SO annoying.

I bought this fire pit on 8 Apr 20 and it was delivered 13 Apr 20 - gotta love Amazon Prime! It took me awhile to get it out of the box because of the C-19 chaos but once I did, assembly wasn't bad - there's a YouTube video and the instructions are clear enough. Soon after it was put together and fire tested, we were good to go - sort of. The fire pit looks great from a distance but upon closer inpsection our table top is warped and the welds near the edge are cracked. We didn't / don't sit on it, so not sure if it was this way out of the box and I didn't notice it or the heat from the fire is a contributing factor. Not sure what to do at this point because I'm past the return date... I felt like I got a great deal at the time but prob wouldn't buy again... Hiland - please help!

The package arrived yesterday afternoon - I was super happy because it wasn't scheduled to arrive until next week. The transport company called and arranged to deliver it early - yay! The box was pretty beat up, so I took pics in case there was damage, but everything was in good shape. Because I am me, I immediately started unpacking and moving it to my patio. I agree, do not use the wrench that comes with it - I still have sore fingers. About half-way through building it I switched to my own wrenches. There were a couple of places where I couldn't use the washers because they blocked access or were too close to the decorative bend at the top, but overall it went together very easily. It helped that they mark each piece so you can see where they match up. I didn't quite get which bolts to use for the one side of the door but just used the ones that fit - they seem fine. I put it together by myself in under an hour. Fortunately I read someone else who said the tank could block the ignition switch, so I canted it to the left - perfect. It does make a hissing sound - my husband said it's normal. The glass next to the start of the fire ring (where the little metal cover is) is turning black however. I'm hoping that corrects over time. I know where I'll be spending happy hour from now on!

So I received this yesterday and the box was pretty banged up, thankfully everything inside was just fine. I took the advice of other reviewers, which helped with the setup. Actually I did it myself and it was pretty easy following the directions. The tank doesn't fit underneath as well as I would like, it touches the bottom of the fire bowl, but it seems ok. Definitely offset the controls to the left, makes it much easier to turn on and off. Finally, this is big, bigger than we thought it would be, so be prepared. It is very sturdy as well, overall it is a beautiful piece. You can actually use it to eat on, play cards or games on or do most anything else you would do on a table, it is big. Now we need new furniture to match!
