Yes, they were amazing! I hate wearing pads because they always shift and make me chafe. I used they’re comfortable and I didn’t have to worry about staining the bed. You just want to change them often if you have stitches.

Yes it is unscented not certain if it’s cotton but I’ve always found it’s soft enough and I do have sensitive skin especially in this area. It also doesn’t do that horrible bunching I’ve found other brands do.
