I was almost laughing when I opened package
I was almost laughing when I saw how tiny it was, the whole sheet just 14” long minus (including white space). And this is the “XL” size (see photos)! You’ve got to be kidding. The down tube protector is 13 inches long, about half the length of any downtube. The chain stay protectors are just 6” long, you’d have to use all four on just one chainstay on one side. I see bikes at the bike park all the time that have patches of camo, which is why I got this for my son, but they must have found a cheaper way to get it because you’d have to get at least a couple sets to even make it symmetrical and cover more than 5% of your paint.Another weird thing is raised hex pattern. I guess that’s supposed to be a feature, not a bug, but don’t see why you’d want this to have extra grip when things are sliding across it. Seems like it would make it more likely to get grabbed and peeled when shorts, rocks or chain are sliding along it, assuming you were lucky enough with placement that the offending object hits one of the tiny areas you were able to cover with this kit. I won’t find out because sending back.

Great product, well made.
Very well made. Thick and durable. The print shows up well and the clear parts are really translucent. Application was easy as well. I washed and dried my bike. Let the bike and stickers sit in the sun to warm up. Cleaned the desired areas with rubbing alcohol and applied. Then I used my hands to rub and secure each peice. I read a few reviews about using a heat gun for application on curved parts. I dont have one. The heat up in the sun method worked well for me. I obviously went more for aesthetics than protection. I'm very happy with it so far. I will update if anything peels or discolors.

Not a lot of value for the money, but OK
As far as protecting your frame from gravel or small branches, I think this product works pretty well. It definitely looks cooler than 3M tape. But for over $30 I expected something that would attach flawlessly to my brand new frame, and most of the edges stick up and get dirt under them, and there were several bubbles. It's better than nothing I suppose. If you catch a big rock or really wreck your bike, I don't foresee these holding up for a long time. But if you're a pretty stable rider and don't plan on shredding too much gnar, I think this product will at least make you feel better about riding an expensive bike through the woods. Wish they had been a little more generous with the stickers to provide more protection.

Great Kit but Slightly Lacking
I decided to write this because I've seen many mixed reviews. To star when these are installed correctly it looks amazing. A heat gun and some sort of plastic tool to help push any air bubbles out really helped with installation. I see a common criticism that even on a new bike there's still bubbles. I didn't come across this problem and you really just want to take your time. So far it has done great at protecting my frame. The only downfall I see with the all mountain style gaurds is it just isn't long enough for the down tube. I ended up using another product on the downtime and put the ams on the top tube. I also wish another two or three chainstay protectors could be included. I understand that prices would increase as more product is put into the kits but competitors are popping up with the same kits at a third the price. As a budget friendly mountain biker it makes it hard to justify this kit over the knock off where I would feel I'm getting a better deal. If I wasn't so concerned about supporting more "official" companies I would go with the competition. To conclude I love this kit it looks great and does what it says. I just wish you got a little more for the price

Heavy Duty and fairly easy to install
The quality on these are great, but didn't realize the set I got wasn't for full frame coverage. So would be nice to see how these guards fit on various bikes before purchase. The install was fairly easy since the thickness keeps it from randomly sticking when and where you don't want it to.Also, I thought the "white" descripted coloring would pop out on my black frame, but it's basically invisible, so you can't see and appreciate the design.Maybe I got the wrong color or read the description wrong, but alas the only visible feature noticed after install is the diamond/snake skin like texture, which I guess is fine.So would also be good to see how each version looks on different color frames before purchase.

Just bought a new bike and wanted some durable paint protection.
These are easy to install, but I also have experience installing skins on electronic devices, PPF on cars etc. I suggest cutting out all the pieces, fold back a small portion of the backing and lightly tack on the end of the piece you are installing. The adhesive is very sticky and strong....so if you press it down it will be hard to remove, re-stick, rotate and align. It molds to curves pretty good but It's always best to use a heat gun/hair dryer on the edges to make sure they mold to the curve and don't lift. Air pockets can be avoided if you make sure to work from the middle and then press out towards the edges.I just installed them and can't comment on durability. But they seem to be thick and durable enough to take a decent beating.Depending on your bike and what you want to protect, you'll need to look at the sizes of the pieces in all the different kits....mixing multiple kits.

Dirt and dust got under the edges on the very first ride
I am very disappointed in these. I have installed many graphic kits on motorcycles, and vinyl on race cars, as well as protective film on bikes so I know how to install this stuff right. It looked great until I went for a ride and the edges filled up with dirt. I had to remove them right away or it would have damaged my paint. And the purpose for them is to protect the paint not wreck it. Good thing I know how to remove this stuff because that was really tough also. You can really mess up a gloss finish trying to remove all the residue these stickers leave behind when removed. Trust me do not put this stuff on your bike.

Peels off your paint
First attempt at lining up the section for under the downtube wasn't quite right so I slowly peeled the sticker off only to see a chunk of paint come off with it! Brand new Trek eMTB paint job ruined by a product that's supposed to protect it. Needless to say, I do not recommend this product!

This product is for full suspension Mtb
I adapted this stuff as I realised when I bought it it's not really made for hardtail Mtb its for full suspension , but still managed to use on parts of my frame and it's pretty tough stuff, however yes you should wipe your frame down with isopropyl.

Great Protection
Great product to help protect the frame either whilst loading onto a rack or just simply placing the bike down. There are no set places to stick them I found out, they do the job and make the bike look great had quite a few compliments on my new bike due to these and the mud guard they do.

Better else where,
Stickers are so thick there more like cardboard value for money well I thought would be good but they don’t stick properly to the frame also the sizing of them are a bit naff to,
