Does this watch have a screw-down crown?

This is a very nice watch with features on more expensive ones. But unfortunately it does NOT have a screw down crown.

Can i swim laps in the pool with this watch?

With 100M water resistance, it would be fine to swim with. Take note though that the crown does not screw down. If you should bump the watch crown to where it pops out, water could enter the watch. I think it's fine to swim casually in, but actual snorkeling, diving, lap swiming, probably better to get a simple digital watch. This is a heavier stainless steel watch, less ideal for laps.

why many eco drive models are fitted to women's preferences in case size? Does citizen not offer eco-drive in the bigger case sizes for men?

I'm not sure what you are referring to with regards to case size. I purchased a men's watch. It fits perfectly. If it needs to be sized, a watch battery repair shop can add or remove links as needed.

Is it fit with 6.5" wrist?

It comes with a LARGE band! I had to pay a jewler $30 to remove 3 links to fit me.
