The design of the mask is awesome! I have been using it for 1 month. There is a noticeable smoothness to the skin on my face. Also, I have used the red light for 5 minutes on my hands by putting my hands under the mask which is sitting on my counter. So I get up, wash my face & lay back down 10 minutes with red. I was having an unusual breakout on my face as it has been 20 years with just an occasional pimple. So I added 5 minutes on blue. Amazingly, it started healing immediately and within a week all blemishes were gone!!!I do need to mention I am 72 years old. Exercise regularly & am just in the last few years getting tiny wrinkles & some gray hair.No aging gracefully for me! I am going down fighting. And Project E mask is my new weapon!!Lastly, spend the extra $ to get the rechargeable model. You can take it any where & the charge lasts at least 4 daysMy only concern is that it is heavy on my nose so I lay down & support the weight with my hands. Sorry this is soooo long :))

This is a great mask. I ordered my first one 6 years ago but developed a stress break in one of the cords so I need a replacement. I use it about 3-4 times a week. If it were not for the cord wearing out, it would still be going strong. The battery pack charges well and holds a charge well. The nose piece can get uncomfortable after a while but a cotton ball between your nose and mask can fix that. I can absolutely tell the difference when I don’t use it. I really like having the extra piece for my neck.It only gets 4 stars because of the nose issue. Also, the cord stress break is sort of an old school issue that should not be happening.Compared to other masks, it is a great value for the money. I really like having the green light for pigment issues (sun damage) in addition to the traditional red and blue.I highly recommend if you are looking to up your beauty routine without chemicals and huge expense.

I really liked this unit despite being uncomfortable on your nose. I saw that on other reviews and thought how bad could it really be?!? I don't know if it is the plastic nose piece or the weight of the mask but it is bothersome. That being said, I had established my consistent skincare regimen and never wanted to skipped and looked forward to it. My thinking is the long-term payout is better than the short term discomfort. Love and specifically purchased for the additional neck light. With my simple skincare routine I do feel like I was seeing benefits. And then it died. 😭 I have never been more sad and it isn't because of the price point but not being able to use it and stay consistent. Before writing this review I did search for a place to contact seller but couldn't find a link or email address. My preference is to get a replacement but only have until February 2nd for a return. I will update review once I see if I hear from the seller or I get a replacementUpdate: I did reach out to the company on the email that was provided on the documentation in the package. They have been very polite, very understanding and are sending me a replacement control box. The seller is amazing and I have no doubt that if the control box or device malfunctions again they will take care of the situation. I am anxious to receive the control box to resume my consistent skincare regimen. Using the device has become a habit that includes makeup removal and following up with serums and night creams that have truly made a difference.

This product and company doesn’t even deserve one star. It will not change colors they said it was a faulty remote box. Stays on blue light. I can’t get it to toggle to the other colors. I bought this one because it had the neck light portion also but it’s very heavy on your face and doesn’t even work. It hurt my nose so bad it felt like it was breaking my nose. It took a VERY long time to receive it in the mail and it’s heavy on so your face and it isn’t wireless you have to plug it into the wall and are stuck with a short cord. Other less expensive ones with the neck portion are wireless. On top of all this I contacted them for a refund and I had to pay almost $20 to send it back and the company “ returned to sender” my UPS tracking number shows it is coming back to me. This is a terrible product and a terrible company. DO NOT BUY! I returned a product that was broken and they had a fake return address. This it’s fraud. They knew the product didn’t work from a faulty remote box so why send it out to begin with. This product needs removed from amazon.

I used this product for a year and had wonderful results with wrinkles and pigmentation. Unfortunately the red light stopped working about a week ago and now only the green light works. Will be trying a different product.

I'm always game to try an at-home anti-aging option and have read good things about LED light therapy. It's non-invasive, not painful, takes 15 minutes or so of your day and has no negative side effects, why not!? I chose this mask version because it had a neck treatment piece as well as the face, it also offers 7, count 'em, SEVEN, different light options which offer different benefits for different issues, major major plus and the price was still in line with the competition that offered fewer light options. Not to mention that I was incredibly impressed by the followup support by the company. They sent an email confirming receipt, made sure I knew how to use it, I did use it incorrectly the first time and realized that many did, but again, more followup support with additional detailed instructions. I use the 15 minutes I use it for meditation and let the lights do their work. It's still too early for me to see any results but I'm still optimistic and will continue using the mask for the recommended 12 weeks. I did take "before" photos just to measure. I don't use any of the straps to hold it in place, I just lie back for 15 minutes with the mask balanced on my face and neck. It works just fine, I have no desire to walk around with it!
