The product is made from heavy metals. However, the attention to detail is lacking. The side pieces, E & F were mislabled and the holes locations for the center bolts are are not symmetrical. Meaning that when you assemble it using the stickers as a guide, the bolt holes do not allow you to install the brace on the bottom. So, i had to take the thing apart and reverse the two sides. Then when I completed the install and closed the door, i noticed that the door would not fully close because it impacts the burner knob. I included pictures of the door hinge that shows it is not fully seated on the pin and is therefore too high. This is what is causing the cutout in the door for the burner knob to be too high and to hit the burner knob and keep the door from fully shutting. I am hoping the manufacturer sends a replacement door panel. Yes the door is welded to the panel and can not be adjusted or replaced. you have to take the entire door panel off and replace it.

This took over 5 hours to assemble (packaging said 1 hour) because things didn't line up or work! At the end of the 5 hours there were nicks, scratches and parts that were too damaged to work/assemble (received like this)! At this point in time, where do we go? Spend another 5 hours trying to assemble a replacement fire-pit that obviously isn't built well or try to get replacement parts for a fire pit that isn't built well? Overall, this is a terrible experience and so not worth the price/time!

Mixed bag product and experience with Amazon. The right product is hard to find in this category. No steel or wicker to resist corrosive environment, modern/plain style, not too big, not too small, and reasonably priced (less than $750). This checks all the boxes, however the manufacturing quality tolerances are poor to say the least. Rework in the form of drilling and bending required on multiple components and many panels had finish damage, fortunately none visible. I also have criticism for Amazon being so disconnected from their deliveries. Prior to purchase I outlined delivery requirements to Amazon and they assured me there would be no trouble, "just order the product" they said. Unfortunately none of the needs made it to the shipper and as a result the delivery was missed, the product had to be rerouted to another shipper, and it was delayed several weeks. So bad shipping and poor quality product, but it's as close to what I want as I can find and I am capable of making it work.

After I assembled this product, it did not work. The flame would not stay on. I called the Seller. As it turned out, the product had a loose thermocouple. The loose themocouple prevented the flame from staying on. Perhaps the connection came loose during shipment. In any event, I was able to tighten the thermocouple. It was not a big deal to do it. The flame now stays on. If you purchase this product, please be aware that the thermocouple could be loose, preventing the flame from staying on. I should add, the rest of the product was delivered without dings, dents or scratches. It looks just like the photograph.

Great firepit table. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. The only reason I give it 4 overall stars and not 5 is because of the glass windscreen. Working with the clips that hold the 4 pieces of glass together is difficult, and the assembly still isn't sturdy once complete. Could probably use 4 more clips and it would be sturdy. I also expected that the glass windscreen would have some sort of grooves to sit in around the firepit. Rather, it simply sits on top of the table. Regardless, I'm happy with the purchase and would encourage others to purchase.

This heater is stunning, we’ll crafted and exactly what we wanted....if we could use it! The connecting rod (part i) was missing. I’ve written the mfr repeatedly for the past 5 months to be be told “a parts shipment is coming” blah blah blah. Never came and we’re now we’ll past the return window. Very disappointed and waste of money. Return yours immediately if you’re missing anything! Don’t wait for their warranty department.

Pros:•Sturdy construction;•Easy to put together;•Good height for patio furniture (i.e. not too high)•Concealed propane tank•General looksCons:•Lock for door to propane tank cheaply made and door can swing open on its own•Heat output low, even on high setting (i.e. if you want something like a bon fire to keep you warm outside in spring/fall this is no patio heater). That said, I see ours as more for asthetic looks than keeping warm

Absolutely love this fire pit! Quick delivery, husband assembled under 2 hrs. without complaint, nice - sturdy product. Kids love to roast s'mores and hot dogs over the fire pit. We bought additional fire stones (blue), but the clear stones that were shipped are nice, sufficient enough. We also purchased a cover for rain protection. Great height for our chairs (chat). Enough room to put drink glasses or plates around. Gives off a nice amount of warmth (more than expected). Would purchase again. Great price compared to "high end" fire pits at local stores.
