I love these swim tops, but this one was a little too large on top, I am LARGE CHESTED. I tried using the halter strings that come with it, but the hooks snapped in half because I guess my chest is just that heavy! LOL! (It also could just be that the hooks were very poorly made) I took one star away for that. Other than that, I love the bandeau look on the beach! I had several compliments!

I’m 5’6 a 34 D, and weigh 135. I ordered a Med. I carry most of my weight in the tummy after having my kids. True to size, exactly what the measurements are. Nothing more or less.Pros- Flattering to the stomach area. Doesn’t make you look like your expecting like some tankini styles do. The color is gorgeous, material thicker and stretchy. Almost like an actual top. Great quality. You can’t find this in stores. I’m picky. I usually spend $50-$100 to find a good fit. I prefer underwire, but I decided to take a chance bc it’s not bathing suit season and the stores are bare with inventory. The top fits perfect, couldn’t do smaller. I’d say it’s tad boxy in the torso area, more material on the sides, but it’s cute. Lay’s nicely and the thicker tie that makes your stomach area look smaller. Cute cheeky bottoms. Great for showing off a little butt. Makes it not frumpy. Doesn’t do much for the chest so you need a little something to make it attractive, but not overly sexy.Cons- Bra is not supportive. It’s comfortable like a bra you’d wear to bed but it’s not something that will perk up your Girls or hold you in place. I plan on adding an underwire bra from an older swim top. My chest isn’t pushed up, it basically flattens it and pulls down. Better if you are smaller chested. I noticed with the straps on I have a little boob fat on the sides. It almost like the band around the top is a little tighter even more than the bra part, and those straps are for more looks, very minor support with those. I’m curious what a Large would look like. I assume the top would be to much material on the sizes and even less support in chest. I think this will stretch out more, so I think a med is good. I’d say the bottoms are smaller than the top. They are a smaller like a JR’s Med or a ladies/misses small. I am pretty slim I in my butt area and it just fits. If you have a bigger bottom you might want to try a size up.Take away- Give it a try, you can’t beat the price for the quality. Read the measurements. I’m happy with it. It’s unique and stylish, hides trouble area’s. If you aren’t sure try a couple sizes and return. It’s seems like the style and size would fit many body types. I’m so relived to find something that works!
