Started by DU journey with a spare rope from the training Box, moved to a basic one of my own and now on to this one. The quality of this product against the price makes it great value. It's nicely balanced and turns effortlessly. It has helped me progress my DUs. The handles are slightly weighted (you could add specially designed weights if you want), have a good grip and the bearings help the rope move freely. Having three options of rope is great. I started with the black (heaviest, but only by margins) and once I got the technique I moved to the Red one. I am going to use the Blue as a spare. The length of rope provided is generous and sufficient for most heights, unless you are ridiculously tall. Overall, unless you are a competetive Crossfit Athlete with specific programming this product is perfect for most levels and needs.

Fantastic speed rope: very well crafted, feels nice in the hands, light yet sturdy and solid. Ropes are high quality (no tangle, robust) and the fact you get 3 of them, with different thickness is a real nice touch. Best rope I've used for speed, I bought this specific ally to master DUs and after 3 days using it I've got it nailed and I'm hooked and can't stop :) Many speed ropes are pretty much the same with only little nuances between them, and whether or not one is better than another could well just be a case of personal preference but I cannot find anything on this rope I'd improve, it's 10/10.

You pay a little extra, but you get a far better product for it. The bearing mechanism feels much smoother and (hopefully will prove to be) more robust and harder wearing. As long as I remember to grease the bearing racer occasionally.So if you are a keen and regularly user, it's definitely worth the extra. I also changed it to using their thinner wire rope (the red or blue spares). The speed and the consistency I now achieve is clearly improved from previous purchases of other manufacturers.Their guide for rope length is good for newbs i guess, but as I'm already a regular user, I've found a personal length that matches my current ability, so would recommend you also play with the length before cutting, as you may find your optimum length does not match with their initial suggestions.Great rope, great mechanics, and the bundle you get with it shows they love their product too.

This is by no means the very best rope out there, but for the price it's incredible.3 ropes included. Ideal length for me, is t stand on it with 1 foot and bring the handles about 1-2 inches below your nipple.Incredible fast and effortless when you want it to be.

Very disappointed. Look solid feel solid but after three 25min sessions the ball bearings fell out.£20 of rubbish.Can’t recommend, save your money.

seen this products on cross fit program and wanted to try... i understand why it was on the cross fit pro as it is the best skipping rope a ever had. as a standard it is now impossible to move away from this simple and high quality products. easy to set up, 3 various strings and good website support if needed.

The product seems good; however, the weights which should come on the end of the handle are missing. Please can you provide me the missing parts. Thank you.

Handles are weighty and spin well. Handy having replacement ropes.
