i got this because i am driving down to florida in a few weeks. some of the things that i like to drink cant be found cold out on the road. it comes with 2 ice packs. they are the rigid waterproof kind. it has that silver lining that looks like foil. its very roomy. im not sure i will even take up all that space. it has the upper short handle and then a crossbody one, as well. that was another selling point. if i have to carry, it will be comfortable and convenient. there are 2 mesh pockets on the sides. it is well made and i expect it to last a long time.

I've been using this bag after receiving. Its quite big for your normal lunch bag but that is EXACTLY what I wanted. I pack: lunch, snacks, water, juice, office heels & even extra sweater for office. Before this bag, I had to carry extra bags in had to hold everything, now I only carry this 1 bag. The front zippered pocket: my chargers ; back pocket: my phone ; side pockets: my keys & any other extra items I don't want to get damaged. It sits flat, doesn't topple over & the handle is sturdy. This buy I SUPER like - BIG THANK YOU to the designers!!

I am very pleased to see the type of workmanship on this Lunch Bag. Since I do not use the refrigerator at work I needed something that can hold my normal lunch and my snacks, since I am a diabetic 2. I have not used it yet, but will tomorrow, if there should be any negatives I will re-review this item. It is a little big, but not real big, no problems with the zipper, thought(hoped) the back pouch would be big enough for my nook, just too narrow, but the side pouches works great. The other lunch bags that I have ordered works great, but just a little to small. Thank you

Once a week I make a simple meal for my daughter and her husband and deliver it to her at her work. She has no refrigerator there so I was looking for something big enough but not huge, sturdy but fairly light, that would keep soup/stew/salad cold enough to be safe for several hours. I added some ice sheets with which I can line the inside of the cooler bag while taking up almost no room, and voila!, better than I even hoped!

I’ve had “bigger” lunch boxes but this one is my favorite. It’s large enough that I can put lunch in there for myself and my husband. I meal prep as well so I might end up with 6 tupperwares for myself and this holds plenty of room. Very happy with the 2 ice packs that came with it as well.

This lunchbox was exactly what I was hoping for. It's big enough to stand a water bottle up inside of it while still having plenty of room for 3 medium ice packs and food containers. I can fit my breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 extra water bottles in this thing for work and still have a front pocket for my silverware and napkins and the side pockets for even more water and my keys. I absolutely love this lunchbox. I have only had it for a month or two but so far it stays cold all day long, doesn't leak, and the seams are holding up. It was exactly what I wanted and needed. Also, the fact that it came with 2 extra ice packs was cool!
