Better than others!
Polk is a brand which doesn't require a review. Lots of are already spreaded on the internet.6 years back I bought rti A3 new pair and still using them. Then 2 years back I bought a rti a1 used pair in showroom condition from a DJ based in Mumbai. And in 2017 I bought this center. So you can see how gradually I collected all my favorite speakers to complete my home theater. It took a good time for me to collect all these matching pairs. Now if I come to the center it's utterly solid made just like any other Polk's products.Sound quality is just great..as it used for the dialogue delivery in a HT system. The voices are very clear to hear 😀I know these are expensive speakers but a medium budget in audiophile groups 😁 . People are buying from herberth to Martin Logan to SVS to other premium brands.I recommend anyone who love music , don't go for cheap brands. Take time , collect 💰 and buy then go for your favourite speakers and amplifier. Don't go over high if you are a budget person like me.You can go for Polk, Mission, Taga Harmony, Pioneer, Boston Acoustic. These are well made and can say budget brands. For amps you can go for Marantz, Denon, Onkyo and pioneer.Hope you like the review. If yes give me a like 😀

Better than expectations!
After checking out many available models/brands in my budget range of 15-25K INR, I zeroed in to this model. I have a Yamaha 2910 receiver and Boston Accoustic front towers. I was bit skeptical to put the center unit from a different brand, however the risk was worth it. It is powerful speaker and does not buzz at high volumes. The dialogues are clear and seems more natural now. It is still in the trial stage and will need plenty of running before reaching the breakeven, also need to properly calibrate along with the front towers as well as the rear speakers for the best out put. With littel make shift calibrations, it is running decent so far. Recommeded product in this budget range. !!!

One of the best brands for AV reciever speaker
I had bought earlier polk RTI A1 for my yamaha V675 and was looking long enough for a center speaker which will match these existing speakers. Perfect speaker to go along with the RTi series. ordered them, recieved in a good condition and well packed hats off to amazon. After installing this center speaker this created so much difference, now i can enjoy 5.1 movies. Its a 8ohms speaker and delivers Crisp dialogue from a solidly built center channel

Great Sound
Extremely satisfied with this unit! Originally had Polk 10in in ceiling surround sound speaker acting as a center channel. Wife would comment on that we would need the volume up rather loud to hear the voices. Once we hooked this center channel speaker up to our system we intantly noticed we didn't need the volume nearly as loud. The voices are crisp and clear. The sound no longer gets masked by our sub woofer during action movies. One feature that I really liked and was a selling point for me (when comparing to Klipsch center channels) was the tapering design. It allowed me to get a larger unit but still place it under our theater screen easily as the front of the unit is actually too larger but the tapering allows it to fit without issue. When comparing to Klipsch this unit had nearly identical features with a minimal difference in volume range. Being we already had Polk and the cost was more reasonable for the same features, tied in with the sleek tapered design, we went with this item. Highly recommend it. We use this in our basement and sit ~13-16 ft away from this unit and it fills the room with no problem.

Bigger really IS a bit better. Quality is outstanding!
I had been looking to upgrade from my Infinity center channel speaker to something with a bit more drive and spectrum. I had been looking at some reviews online, and this one came has highly recommended in its price range.Unit arrived double-boxed and well protected. Opening and setup was simple, however, I had to clear a bit more room for this speaker because it was about 8" wider than my Infinity. Once the space was cleared, and the speaker wires attached, it was ready to debut. Ran my "Test Tone" via the receiver, and got everything balanced. This speaker was a bit "hot," so I ended up having to drop the dB level a couple of notches. The nice thing is the amazing clarity in this speaker. The larger drivers and tweeter really make a difference when compared to my old Infinity. Dialogue comes through much clearer, and seems to measure up to the larger standing speakers much better, but without being overbearing. The construction is very nice and appears to be well made. No issues at all in the workmanship. Screen is removable, and easy to take off/on if desired. Nice that it has both banana (what I use) AND screw type connectors for versatility. Small rubber feet to cushion unit. Looks stylish without being too boxy. A great addition!I must say, I've been somewhat disappointed with Polk Speakers in the past (about 15 years ago), but I think they have really made a come back. Better quality, craftsmanship, and sound have definitely resurrected this company -- at least for me.I would highly recommend this center channel speaker to anyone looking for a cost-friendly unit.

Perfect for my medium sized room
I'm not an audiophile, nor have I owned a lot of equipment. I replaced the standard Yamaha center speaker from my YHT-5920UBL home theatre system package. The Polk does fill the room with great quality sound, I am 100% satisfied with movie and music. It can play softly at night when others are sleeping, or louder at other times, but it always sounds clear and natural. I will comment that the original Yamaha speaker, despite being much smaller and lighter, wasn't too shabby either, but I'm very happy to have this upgrade. The speaker also looks awesome and impressive. It's solid and seems to be very well crafted. I'm looking forward to having it for many years to come.

Great speaker, good support
Got this speaker back in early 2010 as part of my 7.1 home theater upgrade which and consisted of Polk RTI A5 fronts, RTI A1 surround and rears, and this CSI A4 for the center to replace my Energy 5.1 system and go with my BIC Acoustech sub. I couldn't be happier with the system, it sounds great with both music and movies. However, last week the right mid-range driver went out, which was disappointed since it was just under two years old...time to try out that 5 year warranty. Besides having to wait a week for a Friday off to call because of their limited hours (M-F, 9-5:30 ET), their support was great. A quick, five minute phone call and new driver was on it's way, which arrived in 3 business days. Replacing it took less then ten minutes to unhook the speaker, remove 4 screws, pop out the old driver, unplug it, and then reverse it install the new driver. Good to see some companies still have good service, would highly recommend Polk and will definitely be buying more if the want/need arises.

Decent center speaker for a good price
Produces excellent sound in our relatively low-key system. I wish it had better options for wall mounting (my main reason for docking it a star), but it looks rather nice on our entertainment center. The sound is great for movies (my receiver doesn't use the center channel for stereo music, but as soon as I get some SACDs to play on my early-generation PS3, I'll give that a try), especially once run through the receiver's calibration program. The A6 might have been better on the bass, but I am more than satisfied with the A4's performance, especially with a nice sub to handle the low end.The binding posts handle 12-gauge speaker wire without trouble.
