The fit depends on barrel length wih rail and the light. I don’t believe it is compatible with olight yet...

Does this holster come with the paddle attachment

Yes. Mine came with everything I needed to attach to a duty belt or use with a paddle for my waist band

Will this fit an xd 45 tactical 5in w/ light

Yes! It runs off the light. You can put every gun you own in this holster if the specific light for the holster goes on the gun. Best holster on the market!
