Does the neck seal tight so if showering upright it would keep water from getting to my back brace underneath it?

You might consider placing a small towel in a u shape around your neck to absorb any water before fastening and turn the cape to open to the front as it overlaps quite a bit.

Does it cover back side nicely?

It covers up to mid back-I have a salon chair so its not an issue but it guess its not very low.

As long as it's not wet, does the hair slide of easily? Thank you!

The hair was a bit clingy until laundered the first time. Now the hair slides right off.
