We need to get a prompt to enter our invoice numbers does anyone know how to program the unit to do so?

Our Merchant Bank wrote the program to download into our machine. It does prompt for Invoice # and PO # on our machine. You may ask your merchant account holder if they can write that into your program.

This is not a wireless unit. As long as your processor builds your file for phone line you can use it, for it is phone line capable.
