Can you make multiple servings and store it in the refrigerator for several days?

I tried to do that for vacation. The taste seemed to change after the 1st day, also the texture. I didn't care for it and wouldn't do that again. I really like this product and have been taking it for over a year.

I am not a math whiz but I read that 4.2 GRAMS of sugar = 1 TEASPOON and there are 1000 MILLIGRAMS in a GRAM. So, if that's all right, 37 mg is only only 0.037 of a teaspoon. Not so astonishing.
